About the artwork

In the shadow of the pointed mountains surrounding Álftavatn, a vibrant Icelandic spring landscape unfolds. The mountains, shrouded in rich green splendour, tower high above the clear horizon. Their shapes, sharp and impressive, reflect the sheer beauty of nature in its most pristine state.

The foreground is a fresh spring green meadow, vibrant in colour, where the grass sways in the gentle breeze. Everything seems to come alive under the brilliant blue sky, which stretches above this peaceful scene. The sky, full of the promise of summer, is clear and deep blue, while the greenery of the hills rests in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

This photograph captures not only the colours of nature, but also the sense of renewal that spring brings. The moment seems captured in a perfect balance, where the tranquillity of the mountains and the vibrancy of the green landscape come together in a timeless symphony of colour and light.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
