Rotterdam on a winter morning. We are standing at the northern bridgehead of the Erasmus Bridge, looking across the fast-flowing waters of the Nieuwe Maas to the Kop van Zuid. The Maastoren and some adjacent buildings are illuminated from behind by the low sun.
In the foreground, a buoy adds some depth to the scene. In the upper right, we can just see a bit of the underside of the bridge deck; probably the most modest role of the Erasmus Bridge ever in a photo on Art Heroes...
