He is white, stately and elegant, has long mane, attitude and is also super sweet! Andalusian stallion Preferido has it all. I have photographed him many times and he remains my favourite, he just knows when the camera is pointed at him, then he shows his best side.
Preferido is a PRE which in Spanish means Pura Raza Española "the pure Spanish breed", these horses were traditionally used on farms among the cows or in bullfighting. Bred for skills such as agility and speed, they are compactly built and have strong hindquarters. Thanks to these skills, they are used in dressage and working equitation in modern times. In the picture, Preferido is wearing a traditional Spanish bridle with a mosquero against flies.
I have idolised horses since childhood, and as a little girl my bedroom was full of posters of magnificent horses and in my dreams s 'night he was mine. I also imagine this work on the wall in a girl's room.
