About ‘maco photography’ by didier galibert

Macro photography with a very particular subject, because the aim is to create what the painter that I am could have created with his brushes.
this is a photograph that required a lot of time and technique.
in fact, as I often do, because it's a method that I particularly like, I used the natural light that comes through one of my windows in the late afternoon. This light is very important because without it, no artificial means could achieve this result. You have to prepare the subject (micro still life) well in advance so that at a certain moment (very precise) the light, by diffraction, gives life and meaning to the final photograph. The elements are: a small blue flower, two droplets of water and crystals in harmonised colours that will illuminate the scene.
This photograph can be produced in many formats, but is particularly spectacular in large format.
