In the foreground, a group of poppies are beaming in the sun. Due to the beautiful light, the thin hairs on the stems seem to give off light. The sunlight also makes the attractive bright red of the poppies even redder. The poppies overlook a field of rapeseed. The field is dotted with the green leaves of this crop. It will be some time before the yellow rapeseed emerges. Deep in the background is the next field. This one is uniformly green because it shows the beginning of winter wheat: millions of tiny green sprites that will become waving grain in a few months. The boundary between the rapeseed field and the winter wheat field is in the depths. The poppies are on top of the hill, the fields spread on the slopes with the valley in their center.
