This photo was taken from the Dreitälerblick vantage point, which incidentally is also a stamping point for the Harz hiking pin. As the name suggests, you can see three valleys from here - the Ilfeld valley, the Kalte valley and the Brandesbach valley. The viewpoint is located between Ilfeld and Netzkater above the Rabensteiner Stollen visitor mine. Here in the south of the Harz Mountains, you are already in the state of Thuringia.

The Harz is a low mountain range in Germany and the highest mountain range in northern Germany. It lies at the intersection of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. The largest part of the Harz lies in Saxony-Anhalt, the western part of the Harz belongs to Lower Saxony and a small part of the Harz lies in Thuringia, in the district of Nordhausen.

At 1142 metres above sea level, the Brocken is the highest mountain in the Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt and in the whole of northern Germany. It is located in the Schierke district of the town of Wernigerode in the Harz district of Saxony-Anhalt.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
