About the artwork

A digital artwork of a huge red-pink octopus or kraken that appears to be attacking a building. Its tentacles snake around the building. The building is grey, bare and rectangular and has a single window at the top. Behind the window is a humanoid creature that appears to be watching the huge creature in a rather quiet pose. The building stands in water (or so it seems). You see in the landscape where the scene takes place only the ocean and the horizon with sky with clouds
The building and the kraken reflect in the water.
The kraken has large orange-yellow eyes with horizontal pupils. On its tentacles are dark suction cups.
The kraken stands on the water as if the water is a solid surface.

The kraken is a Scandinavian fabled animal with huge dimensions that lives in the sea. It is said to have been sighted off the coasts of Norway and Greenland. The monster has also entered the imagination of people along the North American coasts.
Large sea monsters in general appear in many mythologies. For instance, a monster appears in Homer's Odyssey, when Odysseus has to sail past Scylla.
The kraken also appears in modern fantasy stories.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
