The painting presents an abstract composition of three dominant colour areas: A large, textured white section at the top, an intense red-orange field below and a dark, almost burnt-looking border separating the two areas. A striking blue accent stands out on the border between the coloured areas and gives the picture an unexpected dynamic. The colour transitions are deliberately blurred, while the texture of the paint has been applied with noticeable strength, creating an almost tangible depth.
The inspiration behind this work was the contrast between purity and passion, order and chaos. The blue acts as a glimmer of hope or as a connecting element between opposites.
