About the artwork

If the weather has yet to develop the spring warmth, the flowers and shrubs are busy developing anyway. They slowly open and sometimes close again when the cold suddenly returns. This anemone defies the possible cold and is about to open all the way. A pretty little white flower with beautiful yellow stamens with pistil makes its way around the garden as a solo flower.
The visitor who has nestled on top of the flower. does not seem to care anything else about the budding flower. Or is he waiting for the pollen to be released when the flower fully opens? This shot was taken in a garden in Bocholt, Belgium, and the tenderness of flower and insect immediately struck me. Usually I am not in favour of putting the subject in the middle of the picture, but by making the photo square, the flower's central position shows it off very well here, I think.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
