The inspiration for this work came during a walk through the narrow streets of Bamberg. I was fascinated by the way light and colour play together in this environment - how the buildings tell stories without the need for words. The aim was to capture this moment of quiet presence without exaggerating it.
The atmosphere is friendly and calm, almost everyday. I wanted to create an image that is not dramatic but authentic. It invites you to imagine yourself in the scene - as if you were walking through the alley yourself.
