About ‘Pico del Teide’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

From the summit of the Alto de Guajara at 2715 metres, an incomparable panorama opens up, allowing you to look deep into the soul of the landscape of the Teide National Park. The view extends far over the Caldera de las Cañadas, whose primeval formations and gently curving lines impressively express the power of nature. The gigantic caldera looks like an ancient crater, surrounded by dramatic mountain slopes and jagged rock formations, which really bring the vastness of the national park to life.
To the east rises the mighty Teide-Pico Viejo complex, a sight to take your breath away. The Pico del Teide, Spain's highest mountain at 3718 metres, towers majestically over the landscape and forms the undisputed heart of this volcanic world. The mighty volcano seems almost close enough to touch and yet mystically distant, while its peaks tower into the sky and the light conjures up a fascinating play of shadows and radiance on the slopes of the Pico Viejo and the surrounding lava fields.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
