In autumn, of course, I always look for mushrooms. They are often huge and beautiful in color, like this red with white dots.
For mushrooms I often go to the Veluwe, and often lie in all sorts of positions and poses to get the most beautiful photos. For this mushroom, the surroundings spoke for themselves, I don't have to do much for it, just lay flat on my stomach. I look through my lens and see the dewdrops sparkling and start taking some close ups.
Once home I am pleasantly surprised by this beautiful image of this mushroom, red with white dots....
