This Boeing 757-200 has just landed at RNZAF Base Ohakea.
This Boeing 757 flew with Transavia from 1993 to 2003 (PH-TKA).
The Boeing 757 was designed as a successor to the Boeing 727, some of whose fuselage structure it inherited. The aircraft was developed together with the Boeing 767, allowing pilots and maintenance personnel to work with both aircraft in low time and cost. There are two types of the 757, the 757-200 and the 757-300. The latter is over 7 metres longer.
This photo was taken on 25 February 2017 during the International Air Tattoo.
