A drawing in coloured pencil of two girls' heads surrounded by a waterfall of purple blue and green hair. The portraits seem to be swallowed by the hair. This hair can also be seen under their heads. Yet the girls also seem to have no hair because you can't see any hair on their heads themselves.
The girls' heads are positioned against each other. The girls look strikingly similar because they are twin sisters. They look a little sad. They have light blue eyes and because the pupils are missing, their gaze is rather empty.
Right in the middle on their foreheads is a blue butterfly. This emphasises the symmetry of the picture. The colours of the butterfly match the hair.
The butterfly was drawn in watercolour and added digitally to the image. The butterfly is of the species Morpho Menelaus, a bright blue shiny and iridescent butterfly species.
