True connection requires solid ground beneath one’s feet and the courage to reveal one’s innermost self. A connection that does not remain on the surface, but runs right through to the core.

The inner glow, which extends from the spine to the heart, symbolises this unshakeable sincerity towards one another. They stand side by side, looking into each other’s eyes and seeking contact; a silent understanding that provides support and sustenance.

Two people stand firmly, with both feet firmly planted in life, grounded by sturdy boots on uneven ground, and meet each other with complete openness – without a protective shell or façade.

This motif is shown to its best advantage on matt aluminium Dibond, as the non-reflective material renders the contrast between the dark rock and the delicate golden streaks of light with penetrating depth.

A declaration of the soul for all those who know what it means to stand by one another unconditionally and with heads held high.
