A silhouette of a stork waiting for his or her mate. Literally, because just before that, the partner had landed in the water and was taken away by the Animal Ambulance to a care centre to warm up, regain strength and then return to the nest in hypothermia. That's where this stork is waiting. Which is on guard to be visible. Storks are not necessarily loyal and monogamous, but they are very nestfast and return every year for the new lay.
