About ‘Binz Pier (Rügen Island, Germany)’ by Alexander Voss
An impression of the Baltic Sea island of Rügen: The Binz Pier in the fog.
The pier was opened in 1902 to allow larger ships to dock despite the shallow water. After destruction and decay, it was rebuilt in 1994.
Today, the Binz Pier is a popular tourist magnet, and of course the landmark of the seaside resort.
