About the artwork

The extraordinary painting is based on the principle of colour fields and presents a captivating landscape created by the skilful combination of dominant colours such as red and dark blue with strong contrasts in yellow, green and orange. These colour fields have been arranged asymmetrically and vividly, and they extend towards the horizon, where they evolve in the backlighting towards the horizon.

The artist's characteristic light radiates from a centre and covers the sky, giving the scene a remarkable luminosity. The central concept of this artwork is to create abstract surfaces that, when arranged, give the impression of a landscape. In fact, the landscape was not painted directly, but rather composed into a harmonious whole through the skilful placement of individual coloured fields.

This artwork pursues an abstract idea in which the artist's intention is to create a landscape through the use of colours and geometric shapes alone. It invites the viewer to use their imagination and appreciate the abstract beauty as well as the inexhaustible possibilities of colours, which open up a world of creative interpretation and discovery.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
