About ‘Dream beach’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

On the beach of the paradisiacal island of Koh Ngai in the Andaman Sea, Satun province, southern Thailand, a scene full of mystical intensity unfolds. The sky is covered in thick, grey rain clouds that hang low over the sea and bathe the world in a gloomy, almost magical light. The air is heavy, the atmosphere charged, as if nature itself is holding its breath.
In the foreground, a stormy wave breaks with untamed force. Sea spray sprays up high, fine droplets lie like a gentle veil over the damp sand. The thunderous roar of the water drowns out all other sounds and reinforces the feeling of being in a secluded, almost enraptured world.
The sea seems restless, its surface a play of dark blue and shades of grey, sometimes smooth and reflective, then again agitated and wild. The silhouette of the horizon is blurred in the mist of the rain that falls threateningly in the distance. It seems as if the clouds could touch the earth, as if the sky were ready to unite with the ocean.
The scenery radiates a melancholy beauty. It tells of the untamed power of nature, of transience and the incessant movement of life. Here, on this remote beach, the moment becomes a timeless memory, captured between sky and sea, storm and silence.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
