About ‘Founding tranquility for my heart’ by Sander Poppe

After a bright day with unusually high temperatures for the month of May in Wales, a powerful downpour brought pleasant coolness. As the rain slowly moved across the Bristol Channel, I decided to take a walk to the rugged coastline at Porthcawl, near the popular Trecco Bay park. Within a few steps, I found myself among the distinctive rocky outcrops, where the rising tide made the water churn wildly between the stones. This makes for a spectacular sight and a unique atmosphere, characteristic of this beautiful spot on the South Welsh coast.

Known for its impressive coastal scenery, Porthcawl is loved by walkers and photographers alike. The combination of rock formations, dynamic tides and sweeping sea views make this location an absolute must for those looking for nature and adventure. From Trecco Bay, you will enjoy a quiet beach, but walk a few minutes north and you will be treated to the imposing, jagged coastline of Porthcawl.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
