About ‘Golden towers over Bang Rak’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

When the sun slowly turns into a glowing ball over Bangkok, the Bang Rak banking district is transformed into a silent stage of gold and shadow. From the vantage point of Iconsiam, the city looks like a flowing organism, built of glass, concrete and a hint of dreams.
The tower blocks catch the light like precious vessels. Some windows glow, others light up and still others remain dark - a mosaic of stories that take place behind the façades. The day bids farewell and the skyline seems to pause for a moment, as if it is taking a deep breath before the night begins.
The evening sky draws soft transitions between the mighty towers: a soft blue, a smoky grey, a delicate shimmer of orange. The light glides over the façades and turns even sober bank buildings into shining figures in an ephemeral spectacle.
Life is bustling down below, but up here you float above it all - a silent observer of the city that never sleeps, but sometimes dreams.
At this moment, Bangkok is not loud and wild, but dignified, almost poetic: a metropolis that reveals its quiet soul for a heartbeat in the light of the sunset.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
