About ‘High Tech Campus Eindhoven’ by Ron de Jong

The driving force behind the establishment of High Tech Campus Eindhoven is Philips. At the end of the 1990s, Philips' R&D activities were spread throughout Eindhoven. To counteract this, Philips established the Philips High Tech Campus in 1998 for all its R&D activities. This proved to be a real success. The open atmosphere and concentration of high-quality knowledge led to interaction between researchers in different technical disciplines.

The terrain of this campus is enclosed with fencing and surveillance, but recently I know that it is freely accessible between 6:00 and 20:30. Time to take a look around. I've been driving by here for years, but I underestimated its beauty.

Because I travel regularly in the Netherlands and abroad, I come across the most beautiful places. I quickly shoot a picture with my smartphone. It turned out that my composition was often the right one, but the quality of such a smartphone cannot be compared to an SLR camera. I found out that I had to start over with learning to photograph, but some photos have the wow factor (in my opinion). I would like to share it with others.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
