This work shows an abstract close-up of a delicate, translucent fabric with a shimmering surface. The soft folds and fine pleating create an airy, almost weightless visual effect. The inspiration for this picture was the interplay of light, movement and material - a moment in which textile structure becomes an atmospheric composition.
In the creative process, the focus was on staging the materiality: the background was deliberately kept out of focus through targeted lighting and a reduced depth of field in order to emphasise the delicate details in the foreground. The visual language is abstract, reduced and open to interpretation - it invites contemplative contemplation.
The work is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired furnishing styles. It is also effective in elegant, light-filled rooms or as a calm accent in industrial interiors. Stylistically, it can be categorised as abstract photography with textile and light-related references, with echoes of material art and light studies.
Its speciality lies in the combination of transparency, structure and light effect - it looks like a captured moment of movement that enriches rooms with calm, depth and aesthetic clarity through its visual lightness.
