About ‘The Eemnesser Polder’ by Peter Veerman
The Eemnesserpolder or Eemnesser polder is a pasture area in the province of Utrecht bounded by the A1 motorway, the Wakkerendijk, the Meentweg in Eemnes, the Eemmeer lake and the Eem river. The area is rich in meadow birds such as lapwings, godwit, avocets, oystercatchers and redshanks.
