About ‘The Mint Tower’ by van Veen Allround Photography
The Munttoren, once part of the old city gate Regulierspoort, got its name when coins were temporarily minted here in the 17th century. Today, the graceful clock tower still watches over the bustling Muntplein - a piece of history in the middle of modern city life.
