About ‘The Ruins’ by Bram de Jong
The Lacson family's former colonial mansion was the main building of a 440-hectare sugar cane plantation in Talisay in the Philippines. It was built in the early 20th century and burned down during World War II. Today, the ruins are preserved and open to the public.
