About ‘The stems from the earth’ by Jolanda de Jong-Jansen
The rhubarb plants shoot out of the earth again in my allotment.
Delicious raw or cooked with sugar if desired and it fits perfectly in vegetarian cuisine.
The stems are either red or green in color, this red is the organic rhubarb and is super tasty. The water is already running out of my mouth.
