About ‘Through the wild forest’ by Stella Ammerlaan

A scene in which you look up through a canopy of lush fern branches and leaves to a bright white sky. The delicate, feathered leaves of the ferns spread out in intricate patterns, their green colour contrasting sharply with the bright white of the cloudy sky behind.

The leaves vary in size and shape, some larger with broader leaves and others smaller and more intricate, creating a layered, textured effect. Light filters through the leaves and casts shadows on the other leaves below, adding depth to the image. The white sky behind it almost glows, creating a stark background that highlights the vibrant green of the fern leaves.

The overall feeling is of being surrounded by dense, green foliage, with the bright white sky offering a sense of openness and contrast. This view creates a peaceful, almost otherworldly atmosphere, highlighting the beauty of nature from a different perspective.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
