I found this flat axe in an old carpentry shed in our village. No doubt once made for a butcher as a meat axe but obviously used for coarser wood chopping. The shed belonged to an old carpenter. Many traditional tools can be found at this location. According to a rough estimate, these tools are at least 80 years old and definitely vintage. Nice plate to hang in restaurant or kitchen. Would not look out of place in a living room either. Would definitely become a topic of conversation for guests or visitors. Found as in the photo hanging against a wall of the carpenter's shed. My preference would be a print on canvas in artframe with black frame but of course other options are nice too. Enjoy.
