About ‘snowbow’ by Fotografie Egmond
Sometimes you are just at the right time in the right place. Usually that's near Egmond. But now, everything fell into place in the Brandnertal in Austria. One bright morning, fine snow and blue sky. That gave a magnificent double arch snowbow halo around the sun.

Egmond aan den Hoef, Netherlands
Kim Visser (1977) and Olof van der Steen (1978) both grew up and still live in the Egmonden. Since their early childhood they have been good friends and a few years ago they started taking photographs together. What started as a hobby has now grown into a professional occupation. Over the years they have taught themselves new photographic techniques and much knowledge was gained at the Fotovakschool in Amsterdam. nature and landscape photography is their main specialty.
