A wooden road leads over the dunes to the beach at Nieuwvliet-Bad. Almost at the top of the dune, would it finally be possible to see the sea? First we have to go further up, the loose sand, but we are almost there!

Nieuwvliet-Bad, in the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen region, is the collective name for the bungalow parks, recreational areas and campsites on the West-Zeeland coast near Nieuwvliet. The wide sandy beach is the main reason for the strong tourist activities. On the beach the Central Station of the lifeguard of West-Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is situated. In Nieuwvliet-Bad there is also the salt marsh and swallow area of the Verdronken Zwarte Polder.
