About ‘BERLIN Government Quarter - the catwalk’ by Bernd Hoyen

The Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (Berlin government district) in Berlin, Germany. The bridge serves as the upper connection between the Paul-Löbe-Haus and the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus. In the vernacular, it is therefore also called the "higher civil servant's walkway". I have slightly altered the picture by image processing.
