About ‘Behind the dunes’ by Irene Lommers

How beautiful it could be behind the dunes we see on this picture. He was taken on a hot summer day in August in the dunes on Goeree-Overflakkee in the nature reserve "De kwade hoek." The evil Angle is a dynamic tidal area within the dunes of Gale. It was formerly called the kwaaien ' corner ' because of the insidious flow and sandbanks off the coast. Many ships are here at Wired. In the past, the SA kwaaien ' the corner ' happy if they were over. Away stood the ' good reason ' where they could safely Lakes. That is the place Goedereede.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
