About ‘Free diving in Aruba’ by DesignedByJoost

The underwater world is surely the most beautiful when you can share it with your friends. Rowie is a real "island girl" she grew up with the sea . This photo was taken at Mangle Halto which in Papiamentu means between the mangroves. It is my favourite place in Aruba to take free dive shots . It was a weekday and the water was calm and beautifully clear. The wreck is about ten metres away and easily accessible from shore. This photo gives me peace, joy and a nice balance between man and nature. The deep blue colours running slowly on the light sand give one fresh look. This picture is definitely for people who like marine blue colours, the sea, and wrecks. This picture would look great in a bathroom, living room or kitchen.

My name is Joost Boerman, born in the netherlands, but when I was 20, I moved to the sunny island of Aruba. Here I discovered the beauty of the underwater world. Soon I bought a gopro to capture this world. But when I moved to Australia a few years later, I was able to buy a professional underwater camera and this was the start of a great hobby. I invested in more lenses to capture big animals, from whales to the smallest creatures like nudibranchs. Sins I left my hometown…

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
