About ‘Looking At Vlieland’ by Mr White Takes Pictures
From the northernmost tip of Texel, you can look beautifully at the other beautiful Wadden island of Vlieland. With my vintage prime lens, I could see the bus on the Vliehors that carries passengers from the jetty across the island. Also pictured is a white drowning house. On this day, there was not a cloud in the sky.

I am Martijn Wit and I like to photograph nature in my neighbourhood, but I also love to capture the city and the night. I love the play of light in combination with the vintage lenses I use. I like doing macro and close-up photography, so I often lie on my stomach among the bushes. My focus is often on the tranquillity that, if you look closely, can be found everywhere.
