About ‘Navigating the Storm: A Schooner's Journey Through Rough Seas’ by Jan Brons

As the sun rose over the horizon, the crew of the sailing schooner prepared for a day of treacherous ocean travel. The winds were strong, and the sea was choppy, but the experienced sailors were not intimidated by the challenge.

The schooner, with its two masts and full sails, cut through the water with grace and speed. The mainsail and jibs caught the wind, propelling the ship forward, as the crew scrambled to adjust the sails and ensure that the ship was on course.

Aboard the ship, a compass rose was the only guide for the sailors to navigate the open ocean and find a safe route. The ship was built to be a strong and durable vessel, capable of handling the rough sea and strong winds. The crew were expert sailors who were not afraid of the chaotic sea.

As the ship sailed on, seagulls flew low above the water, following in its wake. Even in these challenging conditions, the sailors knew that they were part of a proud tradition of seafaring, one that stretched back to the days when ships were made of wood and the men out of steel.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
