About ‘PEACE SEED "FLORENZ"’ by Gudrun KARGL - Artist for Peace

In May 2018, I visited the wonderful city of Florence in Italy. I brought this peace seed with me and planted it there. Walking in the footsteps of great artists is a wonderful feeling. Making my own contribution to the history of art and peace makes me happy, grateful and satisfied.

The art of sowing peace!

Following an intuition, I started drawing and painting peace seeds - PEACE SEEDS - in 2016.
These are inspired by the vision of using art to shape peace
and to make it visible.

Within a short space of time, my vision developed into an international art and peace project.

Spreading the seeds of peace around the world not only renews the peace matrix, but also supports humanity in its endeavour to achieve true peace.

The presence of the peace seeds leads to touching encounters and encourages people to think in new ways. They also promote the development of a new culture of peace and are a sign of respect and responsibility towards our descendants and thanks to the earth.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
