This work shows an abstract close-up of a shiny, net-like fabric in a rich blue colour. The surface is criss-crossed by a regular grid structure, which is emphasised by folding and targeted lighting. Controlled depth of field creates circular light reflections in the blurred areas of the image - a photographic stylistic device known as bokeh. This technique is not used here to depict a subject, but to reduce it to light, structure and colour.
The inspiration for this picture was the observation of technical textiles under changing light conditions. The aim was to use photographic means to create a visual tension that oscillates between material presence and optical resolution. The atmosphere appears calm, almost technical, with a hint of depth and movement.
In the context of abstract photography, the focus is not on the object, but on the creative formal language: grids, light gradients, folds and blurs. The image conveys a sense of structure, clarity and visual openness. It is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist or industrial-inspired rooms. It harmonises with trends such as "Material Awareness", "Soft Industrial" or "Digital Texture".
Its speciality lies in the combination of textile detail and photographic abstraction - a work that visually structures spaces and at the same time invites contemplation.
