About ‘The blue hour’ by Jelte Lagendijk
This street scene was taken during times of lockdowns and curfews. An abandoned Rotterdam beautifully divided into two parts: The high-rises that colour in blue during 'blue hour', while the streets are warmly lit by street lights. A city with empty streets, yet with plenty of things happening.
