About ‘Death Valley’ by Andreas Muth-Hegener
At 45 degrees Celsius, we drove through Death Valley with the engine light flashing. Fortunately, we got out again on our own wheels. In the impressive salt pan with the fantastic mountains on the horizon, you don't necessarily want to wait several hours for a tow truck despite the good view.

I have enjoyed taking photographs since I was a child, and my father laid the foundation for this. He gave me a completely analogue camera, a Practica with interchangeable lenses for 35mm film. This sparked the fascination that I still pursue today. My cameras and lenses accompany me on every journey, even to the most remote regions. My focus is almost always on nature.
