About ‘Look @ the sea’ by Eddy Smets

The picture shows a breathtaking view of the sea, captured between two tall sand dunes. The natural frame of the dunes leads the viewer's gaze to the horizon, where the waves wash powerfully onto the beach. The ocean seems endless, the colour of the water ranges from deep blue to bright green, and the foamy crests of the waves accentuate the untamed power of the sea. The foam, white and airy, seems like a subtle reminder of the constant movement of the water, which touches and retreats from the shore in a rhythmic pattern.

The dunes themselves, with their light, golden colour, are a stark contrast to the ferocious blue of the ocean. It is as if the sand dunes have traditionally protected the sea, but also at the same time captivated by its power. The landscape is calm and dynamic at the same time, a perfect example of the balance between the unstoppable power of nature and the quiet serenity of the moment.

The sky over the landscape is clear, with a few clouds drifting slowly by. The fresh sea breeze is almost tangible, and the sound of the waves, though invisible, seems to echo through the picture. The images of sand and water are timeless, a reminder of the eternal cycle of coastal life.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
