Boating is an activity that attracts many people because it gives a sense of freedom, adventure and connection with nature.

Sailing also has a symbolic meaning, reflected in different cultures, religions and art forms. Sailing can symbolise life itself, which is full of challenges, opportunities and discoveries.

Fern can also symbolise the journey of the soul in search of wisdom, enlightenment and harmony. Finally, boating can symbolise love, which is expressed through romance, passion and fidelity. So sailing is more than a hobby or a sport, it is a way to express yourself, grow and enjoy yourself.

The sight of this bobbing boat whose line lies loose on the beach represents the symbolism of letting go and trusting yourself. That letting go doesn't mean losing or losing anything, but rather creates peace in the moment, that in the end everything will be all right. The harder you hold on, the more distance you get from your surroundings. When you let go, good things come to you automatically.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
