You might think this is a macro photo of a lump of gold, but nothing could be further from the truth. This rock face is part of a ravine in Karijini national park, Australia. The sinking sun cast its soft light over the red walls and created this magical atmosphere. The warm image immediately brings me back to the hot atmosphere, blue waterfalls and red rocks. Something this park, the most beautiful in the world as far as I am concerned, should be proud of. If you ever want to visit an unreal place in the middle of the outback, 2,000 kilometres away from the first best city, I would visit this one. It is well worth the nomadic trip.
