About ‘Gran Canaria, Mountains’ by anne hamers

Views over Gran Canaria's beautiful mountains.
In the distance, a small village. I drove the car through the mountains, past boulders that had rolled onto the road. Zigzagging along the road. If there was an oncoming car, one of us had to reverse. After a bend, I couldn't drive any further. A huge boulder was on the road. I got out and I saw in the distance the huge dark clouds hanging over the mountains. I felt like I was being sucked into the mountains, so much depth I saw. Eventually I drove backwards and managed to turn somewhere. What an adventure with that small hire car. Tip rent a bigger car if you want to explore Gran Canaria's mountains.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
