In Cuba's Pinar del Rio province lies the Viñales valley. An agricultural valley full of wondrous rock formations. The plantations in the valley specialise in tobacco and scattered across the land you will see farms and barns where the tobacco leaves dry.
Many farms and other houses in the countryside have a narrow veranda around the house. Or rather, a covered terrace which connects to the house and falls under the roof. And at one of the houses were these wooden, handmade, rocking chairs, safe from rain and wind. And ready for use at the end of a hard day's work. Including one for a child, how nice is that.
It seems lovely. After a day's work in the fields, relaxing rocking to catch up and watch the sun set.
Sometimes you don't need much for a beautiful life. And that's exactly what these chairs tell me. Are you enjoying?
