The Weimar City Palace is a central building in the city's history and was the residence of the Dukes of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach for centuries. The Goethe Park, designed by Goethe in the style of an English landscape garden, combines nature, art and history in a special way. This connection was my inspiration for the picture: the view of a historical landmark, embedded in the everyday life of a public park.
I wanted to create an atmosphere that conveys calm and vitality at the same time - a place where history does not seem distant, but accessible. The image invites you to pause and reflect on the connection between nature, culture and community.
