Elegantly posing beech trees with pine trees in the background
I was immediately taken by these dancing beech trees when I saw them on a very rainy day in the forest. I had come to escape from my worries, which were almost too much to bare and for the first time in many months I put my camera in my bag and drove to the forest, to be by myself. It was pouring down, I got lost in the forest, but I found myself again. My camera is my way out of reality when it becomes too difficult. It just picks out these little parts of reality which are so magical and I always come back thinking that life is a beautiful thing. This is the side of reality that is just as real, but often overlooked and I make a point of seeking this out. The elegant shapes of the wet beech trees contrasted so nicely with the straight slim lines of the pine trees in the background, making the beech trees look they were dancing.
